Too often today we hear of contractors who don't show as promised, are impolite as though they are inconvenienced, or do sloppy work and don't clean up.  Our recent experience with three of your employees was just the contrary.

At our first meeting with Nathan Blowers he was very cordial and pleasant. He listened to what we wanted done (burying a fuel oil line in conduit), outlined our options and promised to return with a price quote.  At our second meeting with Nathan was just as cordial as the first, and even made comments regarding side conversations we had.  We were impressed that he really listened to those also.

On the day the work was to be done (July 1st), Jeff and Brandon showed up at the time promised (followed shortly by Nathan).  We were equally impressed with their friendliness and politness.  They went right to work, used please and thank you many times, finished the work in a timely manor, and thoroughly cleaned up, including moving some things back where they belonged. 

We were very impressed with all three gentlemen's professionalism and work ethic, and equally impressed with their personal and social demeanor.  Even when they left they thanked US! Therefore, we would ask that a copy of this letter be placed in each gentleman's permanent personal file.

Rest assured we will not hesitate to contact Turnbull for future work.
